Blake Harris is the Corporate Recruiting Director
for Princeton Information with over fifteen years of technical
IT recruiting experience. She is responsible for the corporate
view and health of recruiting, coordinating branch and alternative
recruiting operations, establishing recruiter metrics and evaluating
performance, improving recruiter productivity, recommending staffing
levels of each recruiting unit, new recruiter training curriculum
and facilities, state-of-the-art recruiting tools, budget and
planning creative sourcing and internet strategies for recruiting
as well as social media presence and policies. Blake joined Princeton
Information in 2001 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and moved
into a Recruiting Manager role for the NJ branch later that year.
In 2002 she was promoted to Regional Recruiting Director and in
2010 to Corporate Director of Recruiting. Blake has a Masters
Degree from Rutgers University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelors
degree from University of Delaware (Cum Laude with Departmental
Honors).
