Management Team:

Justin Marcus
As Princeton Information's Chief Operating Officer since 2003, Justin Marcus oversees the company's domestic and global operations and holds primary responsibility for Princeton's corporate strategy. Justin heads the Princeton Executive Committee and is also Chairman of PIO - Princeton Information Offshore - the company's off-shore staffing and solutions partnership. Justin acted as Branch Manager for Princeton's New York office from 1999 to 2002, during which time he helped design and implement Princeton's expansion into new markets, including the Tampa and Richmond offices. From 1992 to 1999, he was Senior Account Executive for Princeton Information in New York, selling consulting services to the Investment Banking industry. Justin received his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

Hal Krouse
Chief Information Officer
Hal Krouse is responsible for Princeton's project-based business, including on-shore and off-shore outsourcing. He oversees all joint venture and partnership activities for the company. His organization assists branch office operations with marketing and technical support teams. Hal joined Princeton in 1990 after a 27-year career at IBM that included management positions in sales, product planning and business management. Hal received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brooklyn College with graduate school studies at Brown University and The Sorbonne.

Mark Nugent
Regional Vice President, Central Region
As Regional VP, Mark Nugent is responsible for Princeton Information's presence in Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Richmond and Washington, DC. These operations include over 400 consultants and staff members and generate nearly $52 million in annual revenue. Mark began his career at Princeton Information in 1991 as a technical recruiter. He was promoted to Recruiting Manager in 1994, to Regional Recruiting Manager in 1998, and to Regional Director of Operations in 1999, before being named Regional Vice President in 2000. Previously, he worked in management for Oxford International. He received his BA in Human Resources Management from Mansfield University and is a member of NACCB.

Don McSherry
Regional Vice President, Atlantic Region
Don McSherry is responsible for business strategy, delivery team expansion, and overall operations of Princeton Information's Atlantic Region. This region generates over 60% of the firm's revenue. Don joined Princeton Information in 1987 and has served in his current role since 1997. He is a member of Princeton Information's Executive Management Committee, specializing in the development and implementation of the firm's sales strategy. From 1990-1996, Don served as the Branch Manager of Princeton Information's New Jersey office. From 1987-1990, Don acted as a Sales Representative where he generated, developed, and retained significant Fortune 100 accounts, which continue as vital and valued Princeton Information clients today. Don received his BA from Rutgers University and a MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University.

Michael Bellucci
Chief Financial Officer
Since January 1998, Michael Bellucci has managed the corporate financial and accounting functions at Princeton Information. Michael also oversees the review of all contracts and acts as liaison with external attorneys, auditors and bankers. In addition, he is a member of Princeton Information's Executive Management Committee, which determines the strategic direction of the company. For 20 years Michael has worked as a financial professional in the IT Staffing Industry. As the Comptroller at New York-based IMI Systems from 1987-1997, Michael was responsible for domestic and international accounting and financial reporting. From 1985-1987, Mr. Bellucci was employed at Logica Inc. the US based subsidiary of Logica PLC.
