Michael Bellucci

Since January 1998, Michael Bellucci has managed
the corporate financial and accounting functions at Princeton
Information. Michael also oversees the review of all contracts
and acts as liaison with external attorneys, auditors and bankers.
In addition, he is a member of Princeton Information's Executive
Management Committee, which determines the strategic direction
of the company. For 20 years Michael has worked as a financial
professional in the IT Staffing Industry. As the Comptroller at
New York-based IMI Systems from 1987-1997, Michael was responsible
for domestic and international accounting and financial reporting.
From 1985-1987, Mr. Bellucci was employed at Logica Inc. the US
based subsidiary of Logica PLC.
