Six Sigma DMADV

The Six Sigma DMADV process (define, measure, analyze, design, and verify) is an improvement system used to develop new processes at Six Sigma quality levels.

Princeton Information executes these Six Sigma processes by deploying certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt business analysts, often managed by Master Black Belts.

Princeton Information continues in the tradition of Six Sigma starting with a preliminary problem definition analysis and then uses statistics and quality measurements to transform the information acquired into the knowledge required for effective problem solving.

Princeton Information has successfully deployed Six Sigma as a top-down process to help large-scale organizations:

  • Align their business strategy with critical improvement efforts
  • Mobilize teams to effectively manage high impact projects
  • Accelerate improved business results
  • Govern efforts to ensure that such improvements are maintained
